  • IT service provider for approx. 80% of all BP retail installations in Europe
  • 1st and/or 2nd level support for several thousand petrol stations in Europe with its cash registers and card payment systems
  • Spare part supply for approx. 2,500 service stations in Germany
  • Control and monitoring of service providers to petrol stations within the scope of European service delivery management on behalf of BP
  • Support and consulting for BP business units in Germany, France, Great Britain, Poland, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Spain, Portugal, Turkey, Switzerland



Project Management

  • Management of several projects for exchanging cash register systems in more than 2,500 petrol stations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland
  • Management of other projects at European level in the fields of card payment, infrastructure (LAN/ WAN), security technology (PCI, SOX) and POS/BOS retail solutions (indoor/ outdoor)



Rollout and Deployment Management

Service: Changeover of the communications infrastructure of 2,500 petrol stations from SAT/AODI to a DSL infrastructure
Duration: Within 3 months

Service: Changeover of 1,400 POS systems to successor systems including training of over 800 petrol station partners and more than 4,500 cash register personnel
Duration: Within 11 months

Service: Test and roll-out of the payback solution, including the development of a customer-specific, interactive training CD, as well as the organisation of 56 information events with 3,500 participants from 2,800 petrol stations.
Duration: Within 5 months

Service: Roll-out of 2,000 back office systems (BOS) including the development of an interactive training application and the simultaneous installation of DSL connections on site at the service stations
Duration: Within 3 months

Service: Modification of 5,000 AGES POS systems for year-2000 compliance with a total of more than 15,000 goods movements
Duration: Within 6 weeks
